Printint Pastel is a versatile translucent base for both printing and dyeing. Its frequent application involves transforming substrates into a vibrant pastel canvas with unique and imaginative designs achieved through a range of dye methods.

Dilute ink with 10% – 80% water depending on the desired color concentration.

For screen-printing (manual), it is important to maintain medium pressure and speed with a 45º angle. Do not dilute with water. Apply one layer and semi-cure. Repeat if necessary then proceed to final curing via curing equipment or machine.

Recommended Curing Parameters

  • Drying time : 10 seconds
  • Temperature : 110ºC (230ºF)
  • Equipment : Heat press/oven/flash cure
  • Pre-curing : Heat gun

Time and temperature may vary depending on the curing equipment used.

Clean Up

Wash materials used with soap and water. Observe all local regulations when disposing of this substance.

Storage and Handling

Store tightly covered at temperatures between 10ºC – 30ºC (50ºF – 86ºF) and a relative humidity between that of 25% to 70%. Keep away from direct sunlight or high temperatures.
