Instruction

To avoid light exposure for the sensitizer powder during the mixing process, either utilize a dark container or choose a see-through container and then cover it entirely with a dark plastic bag.

1. Sensitizer solution: Dissolve sensitizer (0.60%) with 8.70% of clean water. Then add 0.70% pigment (adds color to a transparent stencil). Stir well.

2. Add in the sensitizer solution into the Photo Flash stencil emulsion.

3. Stir well and de-air the mixture for 1-2 hours before use.

Exposure time will depend on the light source/wattage and distance of screen from the light source.

Recommended Curing Parameters

  • Let the stencil dry untouched at room temperature or use dryer.
  • Conduct a stencil calculator test for accurate time exposure.

Clean Up

Wash materials used with soap and water. Observe all local regulations when disposing of this substance.

Storage & Handling
