Application

Direct to textile printing. For cut-piece articles and ready-to-wear.

Instruction

Maintain medium pressure and speed with 45º to 60º angle when printing. To semi-cure, use heat gun and for final curing, it is recommended to use oven or flash cure machine. For heat press machine, use medium pressure to allow space for the ink to rise to a puff effect.
Must be printed directly onto the fabric.

Recommended Curing Parameters

  • Drying time : 5 seconds
  • Temperature : 120ºC (248ºF)
  • Equipment : Heat press/oven/flash cure
  • Pre-curing : Heat gun

Time and temperature may vary depending on the curing equipment used.

Clean Up

Wash materials used with mineral spirit. Observe all local regulations when disposing of this substance.

Storage & Handling

Store tightly covered at temperatures between 10ºC – 30ºC (50ºF – 86ºF) and a relative humidity between that of 25% to 70%. Keep away from direct sunlight or high temperatures.
