Shipping policy

Business days are Monday-Friday, while Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. 

Standard Shipping

  • Metro Manila & Greater Metro Manila: 2-5 business days after shipment.
  • Outside Metro Manila (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, Island, etc.): 5-10 business days after shipment.
  • International: May take up to more than 30 lead days as schedule may vary according to available international logistic schedules. This does not include the processing of orders which may take an additional 2-5 business days.

The provided shipping information is an approximate estimate and should be considered as such. Please be prepared to allow for additional transit time for delivery, as unexpected situations that are outside of our control may arise. If any items are currently on backorder, they will be dispatched for shipping as soon as they become available. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated. Local Order Shipping

Once orders have been placed, we will contact you via email or text message (whichever contact method was provided) within 3 business days with the final shipping estimates for your order. You will be notified of the final shipping cost before your order is processed. 

International Order Shipping

For International orders and bulk orders, we kindly request to contact us directly so we can better assist you according to your specific requirements. Our team will work closely with you to set up a logistic schedule to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process. Please reach out to us through the provided contact information.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are process within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days or depending on the situation. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery as unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. Items that are on back order will be shipped out as soon as they become available. 

  • Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for us to process and prepare your orders for packing prior to shipping. This typically takes 1-3 days.
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes for orders to leave our distribution center and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

Additional Information

  • After your payment is authorized or verified, it can still take up to 1-3 business days to process your orders in our warehouse.
  • Orders that are system flagged may be asked to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order.
  • Business days do not include weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12PM (GST +8) or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
  • Some items may have limited availability.
