How long does shipping usually take?
For Metro Manila & Greater Metro Manila orders, processing of orders and shipping may take 2-5 business days.
For outside Metro Manila, orders may be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days.
However, please note that the delivery time may depend on the:
1. Shipping destination,
2. Carrier availability,
3. And any unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, national holidays, or logistical challenges that are beyond our control.

What shipping methods are available?
Depending on the volume or bulk of the orders, shipping method availability is as follow:
For Metro Manila & Greater Metro Manila: Motorcycle or Car, depending on what has been booked.
For Outside Metro Manila, via cargo truck, sea, or air, depending on what has been booked.
For International orders, via sea or air, depending on volume or what has been booked.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost may fluctuate depending on the delivery location. After you place your order, the exact shipping charges will be determined, and you will be notified prior to shipment.
Do you offer international shipping?

Can I track my package online?
To keep track of orders, simply click the chat bubble situated at the lower right corner of the screen. There, you will find an option to track your order.
What happens if my package is lost or damages during shipping?
To ensure accurate documentation and consumer protection, please record a video of your unboxing in case any delivery issues arise. This will facilitate our resolution process.
If an item or package is lost, please notify us promptly if it exceeds the estimated delivery time so that we can address this with the appropriate logistics company.
Do you provide free shipping?
At this moment, we do not provide free shipping.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Confirmation of your address, orders, and payment will be conducted prior to delivery. Alterations after confirmation may complicate the process and result in delays.
Are there any restrictions on items that can be shipped?
Flammable items, if any, have more stringent requirements and therefore cannot be shipped via sea or air.
Can I request expedited shipping for urgent orders?
Although we recognize unforeseen circumstances, we do not recommend rush orders and expedited shipping. Rush orders may incur additional charges, and shipping time is also beyond our control outside Metro Manila.
How can I be eligible for return and refund for items purchased?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What should I do if my package is delayed?
Promptly reach out to us so that we can provide accurate information or specifics to the courier involved.
Can I cancel my order before it's shipped?
Confirmation of address, orders, and payment will be done prior to delivery. Orders cannot be canceled after this confirmation process.
Is signature required upon delivery?
Each courier company may establish its own policies for delivery receipts. Consequently, this falls outside the scope of our authority.
