How long does shipping usually take?

For Metro Manila & Greater Metro Manila orders, processing of orders and shipping may take 2-5 business days.

For outside Metro Manila, orders may be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days.

However, please note that the delivery time may depend on the:

1. Shipping destination,

2. Carrier availability,

3. And any unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, national holidays, or logistical challenges that are beyond our control.

What shipping methods are available?

Depending on the volume or bulk of the orders, shipping method availability is as follow:

For Metro Manila & Greater Metro Manila: Motorcycle or Car, depending on what has been booked.

For Outside Metro Manila, via cargo truck, sea, or air, depending on what has been booked.

For International orders, via sea or air, depending on volume or what has been booked.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost may fluctuate depending on the delivery location. After you place your order, the exact shipping charges will be determined, and you will be notified prior to shipment.

What happens if my package is lost or damages during shipping?

If an item or package is lost, please notify us promptly if it exceeds the estimated delivery time so that we can address this with the appropriate logistics company.

Do you provide free shipping?
